Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order Acknowledgement
Policy and availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available
from stock you will not be able to place an order on the BioPro Website.
However, if an order is accepted for which there is no current stock you
will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option either to wait until
the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance
with our Cancellation Policy.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to
do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the
absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss
you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data
you provide when accessing or ordering from theBioPro Website.

Order Acknowledgement Policy
Your order will only be accepted and a legally binding contract entered
in between us to on despatch of the Product to you.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. Tidyco Ltd reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Tidyco Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order,
without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered
of any item. All orders placed over £500.00 (Inc. Vat) must obtain
pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our
credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order. BioPro Store is a retailer
to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters,
wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the Products offered
by BioPro.
- The contract between you and us will be completed on the despatch
of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do
not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our
Cancellation Policy.
- The sale contract is therefore completed in England.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any
time.
Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for
delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until delivery. If you
would like to request the cancellation of an order, please provide:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of your order
- The Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.
Please e-mail this information to sales@BioPro.co.uk. We promise to
respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within two working
days. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
Return Policy
Every purchase comes with a 10 day money back guarantee, effective from
the date you received your goods. If you want to return the Product in
its original condition at your cost for any reason within this time you
can arrange and will receive a refund. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within
ten days of receipt. After this date, and in all circumstances after 10
days, repair and not replacement will be offered.
Doesn't Work?
BioPro stand by the high quality of all our Products.
Each Product will have been tested and inspected by an authorised prior
to delivery.
In the unlikely event of a problem all Products are sold with the full
manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by Product.
Changed Your Mind?
All returns must be in excellent condition and be authorised by BioPro
through contacting sales@BioPro.co.uk. BioPro reserve the right to a
partial refund if the goods are not in perfect condition on return All
items must be returned in 'as-new' condition, in any original packaging.
Failure to return goods in this condition will affect the value of the
refund.
Description Of Products
All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the BioPro
Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted.
Although we aim to keep the BioPro Website as up to date as possible,
the information appearing on the BioPro Website at a particular time
may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an
order.
Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will
receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail.
Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will
be debited and cleared from your account at the despatch of your Product.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise
payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refusal Of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the BioPro Website
at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on
the BioPro Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason
or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing
any Product from the BioPro Website whether or not that Product has been
sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the BioPro
Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending
any transaction after processing has begun.
The eligibility to purchase Products on the BioPro Website is limited
to those parties who satisfy our Eligibility criteria. By making an offer
to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information
(including any updated information) or to obtain information about you
from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your
credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your
spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate
your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit
card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

All orders are 'encrypted' to ensure safe transmission to us. We utilise
secure server software (SSL) through PayPoint to ensure your information
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Eligibility
To be eligible to order Products on the BioPro Website and lawfully
enter into and form contracts on the BioPro Website under English law
you must register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address,
credit card details and other requested information. Purchases on the
BioPro Website can only be made by those individuals aged over 18 years
of age with a delivery address in the United Kingdom (excludes some commercial
premises and PO Boxes) who meet these terms of eligibility, who have been
issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to us, whose applications
are acceptable to us and who have authorised us to process a charge or
charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price
